How to create an invoice in Nigeria

    Enter your business name, address, phone number and (optionally) your logo. These appear at the top of every invoice you create.

    Fill in your customer’s details

    Add the customer’s name and contact details, and set a due date so they know when payment is expected.

    List what you’re charging for

    Add each item or service with a quantity and unit price. The generator totals everything automatically as you type.

    Add VAT and any discount

    Toggle 7.5% VAT on if it applies to your business, and enter a discount if you’re offering one. Both are reflected in the final total.

Is this invoice generator really free?
Yes — completely free, with no limit on how many invoices you create. There’s no trial period and no upgrade required to keep using it.
Do I need to sign up or create an account?
No. You can create and download an invoice without giving an email address or creating a password. Your business details are saved in your browser so you don’t have to retype them next time.
Does the invoice include VAT?
Yes. Turn on the VAT switch in the Totals section and the generator adds Nigeria’s standard 7.5% VAT to the total automatically. Leave it off if your business isn’t VAT-registered.
Can I add my business logo?
Yes. Upload a PNG or JPEG under 2MB in the "Your business" section and it appears on the invoice and the downloaded PDF.
Is my data private?
Your business details and the invoices you create are stored only in your own browser (localStorage) on this device — they are never uploaded to or stored on Pulsac’s servers. Clearing your browser data or switching devices means they’re gone, so keep a copy of any invoice you need later.
Can I use this on my phone?
Yes. The generator works on any phone, tablet or computer with a modern browser — no app download needed. The layout adjusts to a smaller screen so it’s easy to fill in on the go.
