Which one do you need?

Use the invoice generator when you are asking to be paid — you have delivered goods or finished a job, and you need to tell the customer what they owe and by when. Use the receipt generator once the money has landed, so both sides have a record of what was paid, when, and how.

What is the difference between an invoice and a receipt?
An invoice is a request for payment — you send it before you have been paid, with a due date. A receipt is proof of payment — you issue it after money has changed hands, recording the date and method of payment. Many Nigerian businesses need both for the same sale.
Do the documents support Naira and Nigerian VAT?
Yes. Every total is in Naira, and both generators can add Nigeria’s standard 7.5% VAT automatically when you turn the VAT switch on. Leave it off if your business is not VAT-registered.
Is my data private?
Your business details and the documents you create are stored only in your own browser (localStorage) on this device — they are never uploaded to or stored on Pulsac’s servers. Clearing your browser data or switching devices means they are gone, so keep a copy of anything you need later.
