General
What is Pulsac?
Pulsac is an all-in-one business management app built for Nigerian entrepreneurs, freelancers, farmers, and SMEs. It helps you track income and expenses in Naira, manage clients and appointments, handle inventory, send SMS payment reminders, and view analytics — all in one place, and it works offline.
Who is Pulsac for?
Pulsac is designed for small and medium businesses in Nigeria — beauty salons, retail shops, logistics, fashion designers, farmers and agro-dealers, freelancers, consultants, and any owner who needs to run their business on their phone. If you currently use notebooks, WhatsApp messages, or spreadsheets, Pulsac replaces all of them.
Do I need to be tech-savvy to use Pulsac?
Not at all. Pulsac is built to be as simple as texting. You can record your first transaction in under 10 seconds, and there's no accounting jargon anywhere. If you can use WhatsApp, you can use Pulsac.
What devices does Pulsac work on?
Pulsac runs in any modern web browser — on your phone, tablet, or laptop. You can also install it as an app on your home screen (iOS and Android) for a native app feel without downloading from an app store.
Pricing
How much does Pulsac cost?
We offer three plans: Free (₦0/month, forever), Pro (₦4,000/month), and Business (₦12,000/month). Yearly plans get 2 months free.
Is the Free plan really free?
Yes, forever. No credit card required, no hidden fees. The Free plan includes 50 records/month, 20 products, 5 SMS reminders, and 1 business — plenty for a starting entrepreneur.
How do I pay for Pro or Business?
Payments are processed through SafeHaven, a Nigerian payment provider. You can pay by bank transfer, card, or USSD. Pulsac never auto-renews — you pay only when you choose to extend your plan.
Can I switch or cancel my plan anytime?
Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or simply stop paying at any time. When your paid plan expires, your account automatically drops to the Free plan — all your data stays, no charges, no drama.
Features
Does Pulsac work offline?
Yes. Pulsac is designed offline-first. You can record sales, expenses, and transactions without an internet connection, and everything syncs automatically the moment you're back online. This is essential for Nigerian businesses dealing with PHCN outages or patchy networks.
Can I track multiple businesses?
Yes on the Business plan — up to 3 separate businesses under one account, each with its own books, inventory, and staff. Free and Pro plans support 1 business.
Does Pulsac send SMS reminders to customers?
Yes. Pulsac integrates with Termii to send SMS reminders to your customers for appointments, invoices, and payments. Every plan includes free monthly SMS credits (Free: 5, Pro: 50, Business: 200). Need more? Top up Pulsac Credits (1 credit = ₦1) any time.
Can I invite my staff or team members?
Yes on the Business plan (up to 15 staff seats). Each staff member gets their own login, so you can see who recorded what and control what they can access.
Can I export my data?
Yes. Pro and Business plans include PDF and CSV exports for all your reports — perfect for accountants, loan applications, or your own records.
Security
Is my business data safe?
Yes. Pulsac uses industry-standard encryption for all data in transit and at rest. Your data is stored in secure cloud infrastructure with automatic backups. Only you and the team members you invite can access your business data.
Who owns my data?
You do — always. Pulsac never sells or shares your business data with third parties. You can export or delete your data at any time.
What happens if I lose my phone?
Your data is safe — it's stored in the cloud, not on your device. Just log in on any other device and you'll see everything exactly as you left it. You can also 'Sign out everywhere' from Settings to protect your account if a device is stolen.
Support
How do I get help?
Email [email protected] any time — we respond within one business day. Business plan customers get priority support with faster response times.
Do you offer onboarding help?
Yes. The app itself walks you through initial setup, and we're happy to schedule a free 30-minute onboarding call for teams switching from another system.
Nigeria-specific
Does Pulsac support Naira?
Yes — Pulsac is Naira-native. Every amount is displayed in ₦, and there's no currency conversion or foreign symbols to work around.
Does Pulsac work with Nigerian banks?
Payments (subscription and Pulsac Credit top-ups) go through SafeHaven, which supports every major Nigerian bank via transfer, card, and USSD. For everyday business use, Pulsac doesn't connect directly to your bank — you record income and expenses manually, which most Nigerian SMEs prefer for accuracy and privacy.
Is there a phone number for support?
For fastest response, email [email protected]. We keep support text-first so we can respond in minutes, not wait for someone to be free by the phone.
